Here you can find the documentation of all ePost Public APIs published by KLARA, a daughter company of Swiss Post.

💡 ePost Public APIs including performing a delivery with the ePost Communication Platform

In order to connect to the ecosystem of ePost, there are various APIs and functionalities defined in here. These APIs are targeted for our business clients to integrate their processes with the ePost, in order to communicate digitally or physically with their end customers. The exact set of APIs that each corporate will use is depending on the business case and available customer CRM data. Here are some examples of how our customers are benefiting from ePost Public APIs:

• Use ePost Communication Platform for the triage between digital or physical communication with their customers.
• Use ePost Communication Platform smart dispatching and delivery to find the cheapest possible way to deliver each letter to the end customer, based on the data provided.
• Monitoring of the digital and physical communication with cost transparency. For large deliveries, there is an API that delivers this data to the company.

ePost public APIs, including:

• ePost Communication Platform to deliver letters/messages from a company to their customers via different communication channels such as ePost, eBill, eMail, SMS or physical letter delivery to a postal address.
• API for ePost Communication Platform monitoring data
• set of APIs for finding existing customers in the ePost App (a.k.a. identity matching) with/without detailed response
• API for generating QR codes to send to the end customers, in order to facilitate the onboarding process on the ePost App
• set of APIs to access the delivered letters via ePost Communication Platform
• set of APIs to access and manage the ePost Digital Letterbox of the ePost App (digital letters recieved)
• sets of API for our print partners to communicate the final result of a print job (only for print partners)
